The artificial graphite film/sheet is thermally conductive and it is an ideal soaking material for eliminating local hot spots. It makes possible that the electronic products to be miniaturized, thin and lightweight, and it is widely used in small gap and non-insulated environments. The anisotropy of heat conduction of the material has the same thermal conductivity as that of conventional thermally conductive interface material in thickness direction. In the plane, it has much better thermal conductivity than metal. It can quickly take away heat and achieve the effect of soaking.
